Racing Australia maintains and regularly tests robust Systems Recovery (Secondary IT Systems and Infrastructure) as well Business Continuity (Secondary locations for our offices).
Maintaining, enhancing and testing Racing Australia’s Systems Recovery and Business Continuity requires planned (scheduled) outages.
Additionally from time to time unplanned (unscheduled) outages occur.
Racing Australia’s Service Standard Monthly Reports available provide monthly reporting on the availability of Racing Australia’s IT Systems and IT Infrastructure.
This Systems Status site is independent of Racing Australia IT Systems and Infrastructure and in the event of a major outage will continue to be updated.

Racing Australia's telecommunications provider is currently experiencing a Network Outage impacting Racing Australia and other clients. As a result the Racing Australia website and Single National System are currently unavailable. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Issues with incoming phone calls to our Melbourne and Sydney Offices due to a phone network carrier issue have now been resolved.
